An object never holding one constant form contains the desire to be alive. This fantasy exist in our imaginations and sometimes in the energy of certain natural, repurposed materials.
The collision of fine and rare materials seen in Christine Brandt’s jewelry heighten the drama that is naturally contained in the materials themselves. The combination of seemingly amorphic, hand crafted forms with naturally occurring crystals and gems borders the realm of fantasy.
